Senate bill to repeal Sections 1; 5, and 13, of Chapter 36,
Acts of 1872, entitled " An Act to add a new Article to the
Code of Public General Laws.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill to amend Section 134, of Article 30, Code of
Public General Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-
title "Millers Mixing Flour."

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill to amend Section 22, of Article 41, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries," sub-
title "Patuxent."

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill to prohibit the taking of oysters with scoops,
drags, rakes or dredges in certain waters of Somerset County.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays, with, the fol-
lowing proposed amendments:"

Section 1, line 2, strike out "rakes."

Section 1 last line but one, strike out all after the word
''appeal," and insert iu lieu thereof "to the Circuit Court
for Somerset County from the judgment of any Justice of the

provisions of this Act."
