Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Gorman moved to suspend the rules so as to give a
third reading this day to

House bill for the relief of certain owners of tobacco which
was destroyed in the month of January, 1875, an the State
Tobacco Warehouses.

Which was determined in the negative by yeas and nays
as follows:
