Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :

Cooper, Lee,
Dennis, McLane,
Franklin, Miller,
Freeman, Steiner,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the Houee of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered the following bill:

House bill to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claims
of Sisson & Son, Bashor & Co., Harrington & Mills, &c.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

Mr. McLane, from the Committee on Finance, reported
favorably said bill.

On motion by Mr. McLane,

The rules were suspended (so as to give a second reading
this day to said bill,) by yeas and nays, as follows :
