Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Bank of
Centreville in Centreville, Queen Anne's County, Maryland.
Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the
Governor of this State to appoint an additional Justice of the
Peace in and for Somerset County in Princess Anne District,
or Election District, No. 1.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 72 of Article
5 of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Calvert Coun-
ty," sub-title "Sheriff," as amended by the Act of 1874,
Chapter 417, and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows.

Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Agricultural
and Mechanical Association of Wicomico County.
Endorsed: "Passed by yeas and nays."

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act to authorize a
reduction of the capital stock of the New Central Coal Com-
pany, passed at January Session, 1874, Chapter 287, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Section 3, of Chapter
367 of the Acts of 1874, entitled "an Act to enable the Com-
missioners of Somerset County, to provide a fund for the re-
demption of outstanding County bonds," by repealing said
Section 3, and re-enacting the same with amendments.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 11 of Article
