Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 173 of Article
30 of the Code of Public General Laws entitled "Crimes and
Punishments" sub-title "Rogues and Vagabonds" and re-
enact the same with amendments.

Section 1, line 2, after the word "Implement," insert "at
places and under circumstances from which an intent may be
presumed," striking out the words "with an intent."

Section 6, strike out the word "with" and insert "also at

ed an."

Strike out in the last line "eighteen months." and insert
"one," and add after the word years, "or by imprisonment
in jail at the discretion of the court for a like term."
