"Clerks of Courts" as re-enacted by an Act passed by the
General Assembly of Maryland at January Session of 1865
Chapter 5,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

House Bill to authorize the cession of the Cumberland
Turnpike Road to the County Commissioners of Allegany and
Washington counties,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

House Bill entitled an Act to further Supplement the Act
to incorporate Companies to make several Turnpike Roads
through Baltimore county.
