Said bill was then read the first time, and ordered to be
printed.

Senate bill entitled an Act to prohibit the shooting ot wild
fowl from sink-boats and floating blinds within two miles,
west, south by east of the shore of that part of Hooper's
Island, south of the lower ferry, known as "Lower Hooper's
Island Ferry,"

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and delivered
the following message :

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 29th, 1878.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message asking for a Committee of
Conference on the disagreeing rotes of the two Houses on
House Bill entitled "an Act making appropriations for the
support of the State Government for the fiscal year, ending
30th. September, 1879, and concur therein.

We have named on the part of the House, Messrs. Rayner,
Thomas and Higgins.

Acting Chief Clerk.
Which was read.

Also, delivered,

House bill entitled an Act to amend Chapter 384, of the
Acts of 1874, relating to the shooting of Wild Fowl.
