The Senate proceeded to the consideration of bills under
the call:

House bill entitled an Act to prohibit the sale of spirituous
or fermented liquors, or lager beer in the town of Laurel,
Prince George's County, Maryland, and at any place in
Prince George County, Maryland, within three miles of the
present site of the office of the Commissioners of Laurel,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
