Add to end of 2d Section:

"Provided, that the right to compensation for damage or
injury sustained by any person by opening said road, shall
not be impaired by this Act."

Which were adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time, and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 181, of the
Acts of 1876, entitled an Act to authorize the County Com-
missioners of Allegany to levy a tax on dogs in said county,
and to enact the following in lieu thereof,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows, with proposed amendments:

AFFIRMATIVE.

House bill entitled an Act for the payment of an annual
pension to Henry E. Dennison, Annapolis, who received dis-
abling injuries while in the employ of the State,

follows, with proposed amendments:
