Market-House Company of the town of Salisbury, in Wicom-
ico County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Humphreys, Steiner and Dennis.

House bill entitled an Act for the better protection of oys-
ters in the waters of the Patuxent River within the bounda-
ries of Calvert and St. Mary's Counties, &c., &c.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

House bill entitled an Act to fill the vacancies in the Board
of Commissioners appointed by the Act of 1840, Chapter
215, &c., &c.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Franklin, Dennis and Humphreys.

to pay the claim of Horace Resley, late Clerk of the Circuit
