House bill entitled an Act to authorize the appointment of
Commissioners to adjust and settle the Boundary Line be-
tween West Virginia and Maryland,

empowering Railroad, Canal, Coal and Iron Companies to
employ a Police Force,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor, Coun-
sellor and Aldermen of the City of Annapolis, to issue bonds
on the credit of the city, to pay its debts,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
