House bill entitled an Act to approve, confirm and ratify
the award made by the Hon. Jeremiah S. Black, James B.
Beck and Charles H. Jenkins, arbitrators appointed to ascer-
tain and fix the boundary between the States of Virginia and
Maryland,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
