652 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 21,

House bill entitled an Act to confirm to the heirs and as-
signs of Samuel McDonald, the exclusive right to wharf at
the southern end of South Street, in the City of Baltimore,
and to make valid to them the title conveyed to them by the
Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, by a deed dated on or
about the 24th day of January, in the year 1854,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as

follows:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Dennis, Lancaster,
Ford, Lee,

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to
Article 40, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Fines
and Forfeitures,"

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 151, of Arti-
cle 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore City,
relating to Coronors and Inquests, as amended by Chapter
45, of the Acts of 1872, and re-enact the same to read as
follows,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act to in-
corporate companies to make several turnpike roads through
Baltimore County, and for other purposes, passed at January
session, 1805,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as.
follows :
