Creek Wharf Company of Dorchester County,

Being upon its second reading,
Mr. Sulivane submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In line 14, Section 1, strike out the word "five," and in-
sert the word "one."

In line 1, Section 2, strike out the word "sixty," and in-
sert the word "ten;" and in line 11 of same section, strike
out the word "twenty five" and insert "ten" after the word
"county."

In line 4, of Section 9, insert "after having first obtained
the consent of the County Commissioners of Dorchester
County."

Which were adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time and
ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners
of Wicomico County to levy taxes on the assessable property
of said county, for the purpose of creating a fund to liquidate
indebtedness to Worcester and Somerset Counties,
