Mr. Sulivane submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In line 7, Section 3, page 3, after the word "expedient,"
insert the words "and the Board of County School Commis-
sioners shall have approved of such additional studies."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Bannon submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In Section 3, page 19, line 3, strike out all from the words
"behavior," to and including the word "expedient," in
line 7.
