Hepbron, Welfley,
Hill, Wilson-22.
NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and de-
livered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 194, of Article
2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
County," sub-title "Sheriff.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Bannon, Wilson and Gorman.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to pay to James M. Leiter, of
Washington County, the sum of $25, overpaid by him into
the Treasury.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to add additional sub-sections to
Article 19, of Public Local Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title
"Retailers," and to repeal all laws inconsistent with said
sub-sections.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Dennis, Humphreys and Franklin.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to regulate the price to be paid
for the county printing of St. Mary's County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Combs, of St. Mary's, Lee and Wilson.
