Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of

certain election districts of Dorchester County to determine
by ballot whether spirituous or fermented liquors shall be
sold in said districts, or a license granted for a sale of the
same therein,

Which was read the third time, and passed by yeas and

nays, as follows:

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Senate bill entitled an Act to consolidate the Baltimore,
Hampden and Towsontown Railroad Company, incorporated
by the Act of 1868, Chapter 314, under the name of the Bal-
timore and Swann Lake Passenger Railroad Company, as

amended by the Act of 1874, Chapter 272, and the Balti-
more, Townsontown, Dulany's Valley and Delta Narrow
Guage Railroad Company, as incorporated under the provis-
ions of the Act of 1870, Chapter 476, with powers to con-
struct, manage and operate a railway from the City of Bal-
timore through Baltimore, and Harford Counties to Delta,
near the Pennsylvania line,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
