Ordered, That the counties be called in alphabetical order,
and that as each county is called, its Senator have the privi-
lege of offering a bill.

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and direct the
County Commissioners of Allegany County to investigate the
claim of William H. Moore, and levy and pay him such sum
as they may find to be just,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
