House bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act entitled aa Act
to remedy and give effect to informal and invalid deeds, and
to quiet possession thereunder, passed at the January Ses-
sion, 1870, Chapter 346, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared, and deliv-
ered

House bill entitled an Act to approve, confirm and ratify
the award made by the Hon. Jeremiah S. Black, James B.
Beck, and Charles H. Jenkins, arbitrators appointed to as-
certain and fix the boundary between the States of Virginia
and Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Franklin, Peter, Dennis, Bannon, and Welfley.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal the 89th Section of
the 16th Article of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Chancery," and relating to non-resident infant defendants,
as amended by the Act or 1868, Chapter 200, and to insert in
said Article, in lieu of the section so repealed, the following
section, to process against non-resident infant defendants.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
