House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Havre
de Grace, in Harford County, by the name of the City of
Havre de Grace.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Chapter 220, Acts of
1876, entitled an Act to establish a free bridge over the Pa-
tapsco River, at or near the present site of Light Street
Bridge, and to provide for free travel from Anne Arundel
County to Baltimore City, and to enact the following in lieu
thereof.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Bannon, Joyce and Hepbron.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to repeal certain sections of Ar-
ticle56, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Licenses,"
sub-title "Foreign Corporations and Companies," and to re-
enact said sections with amendmnets.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the qualified voters of
the 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 6th Election Districts of Queen Anne's
County, to determine by ballot whether spirituous or fer-
mented liquors shall be sold in any of said districts or a
license granted for the sale of the same,

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:
