House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to
Article 30, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled

Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Rehypothecation."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to protect the oysters in the
waters of the Great and Little Choptank rivers, and prohibit
the taking thereof in the months of June, July and August,

expept for bedding the same in the waters of the Great and
Little Choptank rivers.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

Also, delivered

House bill entitled an Act to authorize and require the
County Commissioners of Charles County to pay to Thomas
Skinner, of said county, the sum of $100, for money paid by
him to sundry persons for the killing of hawks, owls, foxes,
&c.,in 1876 and 1877.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Lancaster, Combs, of St. Mary's, and Hill.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 57, of the Code
of Public Local Laws for Prince George's County, as enacted
by the Act of 1876, Chapter 105, entitled an Act to repeal
Section 44 of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Prince George's County," under the title of "Collectors,"

enacted by the Act of 1872, Chapter 294, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to add additional sections there-
to,

Being upon its second reading,

Mr. Hill submitted the following amendments :
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Add to title, "And to re-enact said Section 57 with amend-
ments."

Strike out all after the word "five," in line five, section 1,
to end of section, and insert, "Entitled an Act to repeal
Section 44 of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince
George's County," under the title "Collectors," enacted by

the Act of 1872, Chapter 294, and to re-enact the same with
