Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller of
the Treasury to adjust and settle the accounts due by Collec-
tors, Sheriffs, Clerks of Courts, Registers of Wills and other
receivers of public monies, in cases where the indebtedness
accrued prior to and including the year 1875,

Being upon its third reading,

Mr. Sulivane moved to reconsider the vote by which the
amendment submitted by him on Friday, the 15th inst., was
adopted.

On the question being put,

It was decided in the affirmative.

Mr. Sulivane then withdrew said amendment.

Said bill was then ordered to be engrossed for a third
reading.

The President announced the order of the day to be the
following bill:

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Section 13, of Chapter
483, of the Acts of 1874, entitled an Act to repeal Article
81, of the Code of Public General Laws of the State of
Maryland, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to re enact the said section

with amendments,

The further consideration of said bill was postponed and
