Charles W. Bennett, William T. Elliott, Edmund M. Nor-
ris, Henry Nichols, Owen A. Boone, Joseph Rasin, John B.
Todd & Son, James E. Cahul, James T. Robinson, Amelia
Wright, administratrix of Joseph V. B. Wright, J. N. Cole-
scott, Levi Howith, Mary Fountain, G. C. Godwin, J. P.
Jump, T. L. Hopkins, Dennis L. Council, William B. Ew-
ing, C. M. Lloyd, Philemon Mullikin and Daniel C. Bur-
nett, of Talbot County, erroneously paid to the State.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

House bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 31, of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled "Crows," so far as the same
relates to St. Mary's County.

Combs, of St. Mary's, Hill and Gorman.

House bill entitled an Act to divide Dame's Quarter Dis-
trict, No. 2, and annex to said Dame's Quarter District, No.
2, a portion of Princess Anne District, No. 1, in Somerset
County.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Senators
Dennis, Humphreys and Franklin.

House bill entitled an Act to prevent the hunting or in
any way taking, killing or destroying terrapins or terrapin
eggs in Anne Arundel County, in the waters of the Chesa-
peake Bay adjacent thereto, from the 10th day of May to the
15th day of October, in any year.

Which was read the first time, and referrsd to the Com-
mittee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.

Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act to authorize a
reduction of the capital stock of the New Central Coal Com-
pany, passed at January Session, 1874, Chapter 287, and to
re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to
