1874, entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at the January
Session, 1865, Chapter 74, entitled an Act to repeal Section
310, of Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Frederick County," and re-enact the same with an amend-
ment, and to substitute in lieu of said Act the following, and
to re-enact the said Act so as to read as follows,
