Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
ered the following message:

Gentlemen of the Senate:

The House of Delegates has received and read the message
of your Honorable Body, asking that the Standing Com-
mittees of the two Houses on Education may hereafter meet
in Joint Session, and respectfully concur in the same.
