Ferry, and placing a draw therein, to give their bond
or bills obligatory for the payment of the same, and
to levy taxes on the assessable property of said county
to redeem said bonds or bills obligatory, and to pay

Caroline delegation and Mr. Butler.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 176, 176,
(or 176 B) 178 B and 178 D of Article 2 of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County,' sub-
title 'Justices of the Peace and Constables,' as the
same was enacted by sections 176,176 (176 B) of chapter
334 of the Acts of 1892, section 178 B of chapter 276
of the Acts of 1900, section 178 B of chapter 467 of the
Acts of 1902, and section 178 D of chapter 301 of the
Acts of 1894 and to re enact said sections with amend-
ments and to add new sections to said Article 2, to he
designated as 'Sections 176, 176 B, 178 D and 178 E.' "
