and Merchants Bank of Chestertown, Maryland."

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments, section 6 of chapter 610 of the Acts of
1890, entitled 'An Act to enable the qualified voters
of Garrett county to determine by ballot whether
spirituous or fermented liquors or alcoholic bitters
shall be sold in said county, and to regulate the terms
and conditions on which the sale thereof may be made
in case the majority of the voters of said county shall
determine said question in the affirmative,' and to
regulate the sale thereof by druggists and pharma-
cists."
