House bill, File No. 80, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 146 A, 146 B, 146 C, 146 D, 145 D-l, 146 E,
146 E-1 and 146 F of Article 81, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title 'Revenue and Taxes,' sub-title
'Tax on Mortgages' as the same was enacted by chapter
120 of the Acts of 1896, and by chapters number 275,
number 313 and number 501 of the Acts of 1898, and
chapter 26 of the Acts of 1902."

Considered on third reading and on motion recom-
mitted to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Senate bill, File No. 185, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Charles county,
to levy a sum of money necessary to build two school
houses for white children, one in the second election
district and one in the third election district of Charles
county, title Charles County,' sub-title 'Public
School.' "
