and re-enact with amendments section 44 D of Article
14, of volume 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title 'Howard County,' sub-title 'County
Commissioners and County Collectors."

Senate bill, File No. 168, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Wicomico county
to issue bonds for the purpose of erecting a building
in the town of Salisbury, to be known as the 'Wi-
comico County High School Building,' for equipping
and furnishing the same, to be used for the public
schools of the said county, and to levy and collect
taxes for payment of said bonds, and to authorize the
purchase or condemnation of a lot for the same by the
Board of School Commissioners of Wicomico county."
