Senate bill, File No. 201, entitled "An Act to incor-
porate The Agricultural Commercial Storage Com-
pany."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
Also,

Senate bill, File No. 202, entitled "An Act to enable
the Mayor and Council of Snow Hill, in Worcester
county, to borrow upon the faith and credit of said
town a sum not exceeding $15,000, and to issue and
sell coupon bonds therefor, to provide funds for the
improvement of the streets, avenues, alleys and ways
of said Snow Hill, and to provide for the levy and col-
lection of taxes to meet the interest and principal of
said bonds as the same become due."

Which was read the first time and referred to the-
Worcester delegation.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 216, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 227 of Article
1 of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled 'Allegany
County,' sub-title 'Sheriff,' as enacted by the Acts of
1902, chapter 202."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Allegany delegation.

The following Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, originating iti the House of Delegates, were-
presented to the Governor for his approval this day at
10 o'clock a. m.

Chapter 43. "An Act to authorize and empower the
trustees of Oakland Campground to sell the same and
re-invest the money."

Chapter 44. "An Act to amend Article 27 of the Code
of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punish-
ments,' by repealing section 47 A as enacted by chap-
ter 73 of the Acts of 1896, and re-enacting the same
with amendments, under the sub-title 'Desertion of
