House bill, File No. 140. entitled "An Act defining
motor vehicles and providing for the registration of
the same, and uniform rules regulating the use and
speed thereof."

And, on motion.

Amended in the Committee of the Whole House, as
follows :

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Add to section No. 10, "This Act shall not apply to
the vehicle known as the motor cycle, but shall apply
only to those mechanically propelled vehicles having
more than two wheels."

Amendment adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

House bill, File No. 187, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments sections 113, 114, 115,
and 116 of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Revenue and Taxes,' sub-title 'Collateral
Inheritance Tax."
