Simpson. executor of the estate of Anthony J. Kelly
deceased, fifteen dollars, being a sum of money erron-
eously paid as collateral inheritance tax by him to
Stephen R. Mason, Register of Wills of Baltimore city
on the estate of Anthony J. Kelly, deceased, on which
no collateral inheritance tax was due and which sum
of money was covered into the Treasury by said Reg-
ister of Wills."
