NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then returned to the Senate.

Senate bill, File No. 145, entitled "An Act to repeal
Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Montgomery County,' sub-title 'Liquor and Intoxicat-
ing Drinks,' section one hundred and thirty three
(133), and section one hundred and thirty-four (134),
as amended by Act 1894, chapter 528, and re-enact the
following in lieu thereof."

With the following amendments.

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Strike out all after the words "A bill," and insert
the following in lieu of the same :

"Entitled, 'An Act to repeal sections 133 and 134 of
Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Montgomery County,' sub-title 'Liquor and Intoxi-
cating Drinks,' as amended by the Act of 1894, chap-
ter 528, and to re-enact the same with amendments,
and to add additional sections to said Article 16 to be
designated as 'Sections 134 A, 134 B, 134 C, 134 D and
134 E. and to repeal all Acts and parts of Acts incon-
sistent herewith.

"Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections 133 and 134 of Article 16'
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Montgomery
County,' sub-title 'Liquor and Intoxicating Drinks,'
be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, and that new sections be added to
said Article 16, to be designated 'Sections 134 A, 134
B, 134 C, 134 D and 134 E," so that said sections 133,
134, 134 A, 134 B, 134 C, 134 D and 134 E, shall read
as follows:

"Sec. 133. That it shall not be lawful for any per-
son or persons or any house, company or association,
or body corporate, to sell, directly or indirectly, or to
