orize the Mayor and Council of Rockville to issue
bonds to an amount not exceeding five thousand dol-
lars to pay an indebtedness incurred by the Mayor and
Council of Rockville in repairing and enlarging its
Water System, and for the purpose of restoring and
equipping its Electric Light Plant."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Montgomery delegation.

assistance of the Kings Daughters and Sons in Mary-
land of Baltimore city incorporated Silver Cross Home
for epiliptics at Port Deposit, Cecil county."

House bill. File No. 204, entitled "An Act to pro-
vide for the erection of an iron bridge over the Patap-
sco river, upon the old Annapolis road, between Bal-
timore county and Anne Arundel county, where now
stands the bridge known as the "Sweetser's Bridge,'
connecting the Thirteenth district of Baltimore county
with the Fifth district of Anne Arundel county."
