vide for the dissolution of the Maryland Mechanical
and Agricultural Association, incorporated by Act of
1867, chapter 128, as supplemented by the Act of 1870,
chapter 89, and as supplemented by the Act of 1890,
chapter 73; and further to provide for the sale of the
land and improvements thereon, belonging to the said
Association and to make division of the proceeds of
sale among the parties entitled thereto.
