Senate bill, File No. 111, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington
Railroad Company to build a new bridge over the
Susquehanna river between Havre de Grace in Har-
ford county and Perryville in Cecil county, in the
State of Maryland; to provide for the disposal of the
present railroad bridge; to acquire additional rights of
way and construct, operate and maintain additional
railroad tracks and lines of railway."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

Also,

Senate bill, File No 190, entitled "An Act to pro-
hibit the granting of licenses for the sale of spirituous
or fermented liquors or lager beer in Election District
Nos. 6, 10 and 12, of Garrett county, Maryland."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Temperance.

Also,

Senate bill, File No, 189, entitled "An Act to repeal
an Act entitled 'An Act to preserve the streets and
protect the property-rights of citizens of incorporated
towns in Montgomery county, passed at the January
Session, 1900, of the General Assembly of Maryland,
chapter 476, as the same was repealed and re-enacted
with amendments by chapter 360 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the session
of 1902,' entitled 'An Act to repeal an Act entitled an
Act to preserve the streets and protect the property-
rights of citizens of incorporated towns in Montgomery
county, passed at the January Session 1900, chapter
476, and to re-enact the same with amendments.' "
