late the salary of the State's Attorney for Caroline
county."

House bill, File No. 42, entitled "An Act to amend
Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Public Education,' by adding three sections, under
the sub-title 'School Attendance,' to follow section
138, and to be numbered as 'Sections 139, 140,141, re-
spectively."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Also,

House bill. File No. 206, entitled "An Act to pro-
vide for the appointment of an additional Justice of
the Peace for the Twelfth Election District of Mont-
gomery county."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Also, with amendments,

House bill, File No. 186, entitled "An Act to re-
peal and re enact with amendments section 217 of Ai-
de 15, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Kent
County,' sub-title 'Wild Fowl,' and to add two new
sections to said Article to follow section 217 and to be
designated as 'Section 217 A and 217 B.' "

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays, as amended."
