House bill, file No. 188, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, section 5 of Article I,
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Revenue and Taxes,' sub-title 'Exemptions."

Unfavorable report adopted.
Also favorably,

House bill, File No. 302, entitled "An Act to amend
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title 'Crimes and Punishments,' sub-title
'False Pretenses,'by adding additional sections there-
to, to be known as "'84 A and 84 B."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Also favorably, with amendments,
House bill, File No. 160, entitled 'An Act to add an
additional section to Article 27 of the Code of Public-
General Laws of the State of Maryland, title 'Crimes
and Punishments,' sub-title 'Disturbance of Public
Peace,' to be known as 'Section 67 A.' "

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

After the word "Peace," in line 31 of section 67 A,
insert the following . "Provided that nothing in this
Act shall apply to Anne Arundel county."

engrossed for a third reading.

Senate bill, File No. 141, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re enact with amendments section 13 of Article 26
of the Code of Public General Laws of the State of

Records,' in so far as the same relates to Montgomery
county."
