ally adopt and legalize the Maryland flag."

Committee on the Judiciary.

vide for the further publication of the Archives of
Maryland."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.

Senate bill, File No. 101, entitled "An Act to re-
peal and re-enact with amendments sections 1, 3 and 4
of chapter 157 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland passed at the January Session, 1900, en-
titled "An Act to incorporate the Annapolis Banking
and Truts Company.' "
