Mr. Collins, from Select Committee reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File No. 312, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Talbot county,
Md., and the Commissioners of the town of Oxford in
their discretion to construct a drawbridge across Lawn
Creek in said county at the foot of Market street in
the town of Oxford, and to levy taxes on the assess-
able property of said county to pay for constructing
same."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hopkins, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

House bill, File No. 287, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments, sections 35 and 36 of
Article 10, Public Local Laws, title 'Dorchester Coun-
ty,' sub-title 'Birds and Game,' as repealed and re-
enacted by chapter 212 of the Acts of Assembly, pass-
ed at the January session, 1902, and to repeal and
re-enact with amendments, section 38 of said Article
10, and to add an additional section as section 85 A."

engrossed for a third reading.
