249 of Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title 'Allegany County,' sub-title 'Westernport,' as
repealed and re-enacted by chapter 135 of the Acts of
1890, and chapter 5 of the Acts of 1892, and to re-
enact the same with amendments."
