ported favorably,

House bill, File No. 262, entitled "An Act amenda-
tory of an Act passed at January Session 1868, en-
titled 'An Act incorporating the Hagerstown and Cross
Road Turnpike Company,' by adding an additional
section thereto, to be known and designated as 'Sec-
tion 6 A,' to read as follows."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Goslin, from Committee on Ways and Means,
reported favorably,

House bill, File No. 195, entitled "An Act to refund
to Lewis M. Milbourne the bail forfeited in case of
State vs. Bundick."

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Johnston, from the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported unfavorably,

House bill, File No. 181, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 68 of Article 27,
Code of Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Pun-
ishments.' "
