A bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the Mayor and Common Council of Hyattsville, Prince
George's county, and to issue and sell its bonds to an
amount not exceeding $30,000, to provide funds for
that purpose, and to provide for the payment of the
principal and interest thereof, and to repeal only for
the purpose of this Act, sections 18 and 35 of chapter
631 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland,
1902, and all Acts and parts of Acts relating to the
Mayor and Common Council of Hyattsville, so far as
the same are in conflict with this Act."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Prince George's delegation.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 142 of Ar-
ticle 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title 'Carroll
County.' sub-title 'State's Attorney, as re-enacted and
amended by chapter 396 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at its January Session
in the year 1900, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, fixing a salary for the State's Attorney."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Carroll delegation.

A bill entitled "An Act to add an additional section
to Article 14 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Howard County,' sub-title 'Roads,' to follow section
119, and 10 be entitled '119 A,' providing for the pro-
tection of pedestrians and teams at the crossing of the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad of the Washington Turn-
pike county road, in the village of Elkridge in Howard
county."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.
