and re-enact with amendments chapter 613, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its
January Session, 1900, t.he same being sections 403 to
423, inclusive, of. Article 22 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, as amended by said chapter
613 of said Acts of 1890, title 'Washington County,'
sub-title 'Williamsport,' and also to repeal and re-
enact with amendments chapter 725 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its January
Session, 1900.' "
