Title Company."

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 222, Article 3, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, entitled 'Baltimore County,' sub-
title 'Sheriff,' as amended by Act of the General As-
sembly, 1900, chapter 400.' "

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Baltimore county delegation.

By Mr. Linthicum,

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 597 of the
Acts of 1900, being an Act to add. a new section to
Article I of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'Allegany county,' under the sub title 'Taxes,' to fol-
low section 230 of said Article, and to be numbered
section 230 A."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact sec-
tion 242 of Article 23 of the Code of Public General
Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Corporations,' sub-title
Turnpike, Plank Roads and Passenger Railway Com-

the Acts of 1894 and to re-enact said section with,
amendments."
