On motion of Mr. Charles, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Baker and Bingham be excused
from to-night's session on account of important busi-
ness

On motion of Mr. Roth, it was

Ordered, That Messrs. Morrison, Moore. Lipman,

Baker, Reed and Bouchet, be exciised from to-day's
attendance on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Bosse, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Trager be excused from atten-
dance at to-night's session on account of important
business.
Also,

Ordered, That Mr. Chas. Evans be excused from
attendance at to-night's session on account of impor-
tant business.
Also,

Ordered, That Mr. Fryer be excused from atten-
dance at to-night's session on account of business.

Also,

Ordered, that Louis Baker be excused from attend-
ance at to-night's session on account of important bus-
iness.

On motion of Mr. Feaga, it was

Ordered, that Mr. Jenkins be excused from to-night's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Gpslin, it was

Ordered, that Mr. Willey be excused from to-night's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Keys, it was

Ordered, that Mr. Kirk be excused from to-night's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Drumm, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Lowman be excused on account
of important business.

On motion of Mr. Wilkinson, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Buckler be excused from to-
night's session on account of business.
