ported favorably,

House bill, File No. 45, entitled "An Act to provide
for the deficiency in the payment of Census enumera-
tors under chapter 3 of the Acts of the General Assem
bly at the extraordinary session of nineteen hundred
and one."

Mr. Johnston, from the Judiciary Committee re-
ported favorably,

House bill, File No. 38, entitled "An Act to repeal
section 30 of Article 27, Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title 'Crimes,' sub-title 'Concealed Weap-
ons,' and to re-enact the same with amendments."

additional section to Article 27 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title 'Crimes and Punish-
