On motion of Mr. Crawford, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Smith be excused from to-day's
session on account of business.

On motion of Mr. Bosse, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Trager be excused from attend-
ance of to-day's session on account of important bus-
iness.

On motion of Mr. Walls, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Wilson be excused from to-day's
session on account of sickness.

On motion of Mr. Baker, it was

Ordered, That Mr. Kirbin be excused from to-day's
session on account of important business.

On motion of Mr. Pairo, it was
