Senate bill, File No. 43, entitled "An Act to repeal
sections 51 and 54, of Article 1, of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Allegany County,' sub-
title 'Cumberland,' also to repeal section 58 A, of
chapter 158 of the Acts of 1898, and to re-enact said
sections with amendments, so as to read as follows."

Which was read a first rime, and referred to the
Allegany Delegation.

Also,

Senate bill, File No. 60, entitled "An Act to au-
thorize the County Commissioners of Baltimore coun-
ty to reimburse Alfred Towble for money paid for
clerk hire while Treasurer and Collector of said
county."

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Baltimore county delegation.

INTRODUCTION OF BILLS.

A bill entitled "An Act to appropriate the sum of
$250,000.00 for the relief of the distress of the fire
sufferers of Baltimore city,as a result of the great fire
February the 7th and 8th, 1904."

Which was read a first time, and referred to the
Committee on Ways and Means.

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES.

Mr. Willey, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

House bill, File No. 145, entitled "An Act to repeal
and re-enact with amendments section 27 of chapter
157 of the Acts of the General Assembly, passed at
the January Session 1900, entitled 'An Act to repeal
sections 27 and 28, of Article 6 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, entitled 'Caroline County,' sub-title
'Birds and Game,' and re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to add an additional section to said Article
and to follow section 27, and to.be numbered '27 A.'"

The bill was read a second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
