and re-enact section 763 of chapter 123 of Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, of 1898, title 'City of
Baltimore,' sub title 'Police Commissioners,' as re-
pealed and re-enacted by chapter 421 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1900.' "

House bill, File No. 21, entitled "An Act to make-
valid tax sales in the city of Baltimore, made by one
city collector and reported, and the property con-
veyed by his successor in office, or made and reported
by one city collector and the property conveyed by
his successor in office."

House bill, File No. 24, entitled '"An Act to add an
additional section to Article 4, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title 'City of Baltimore,' sub-
title 'Charter,' said section to follow section 51 of said
